Food Collection™ Maxi Fryer

I've been using it for a few weeks now and the 1kg food capacity really handles a full batch of fries for our family of four without needing to do multiple rounds. The oil stays clean longer than my old fryer too.

The adjustable thermostat made it easy to get the perfect golden crisp on my fries without burning. Cleanup was also simpler than I expected for a 2.5-liter fryer.

Fried a whole batch of chicken for four of us and there was still room in the basket, which surprised me for a countertop unit. The 2.5 litre oil capacity means I'm not topping it up every single time either.
