Can I use this ice cream machine if I'm dairy-free or watching my sugar?

Absolutely. You can use oat, almond or coconut milk bases - whatever works for your diet. And if you want to go no refined sugar try using a touch of honey or maple instead.

Do I need to pre-freeze anything?

Yes, your ingredients need to be frozen solid before you mix. That's the secret to that smooth, creamy mixture.

How long will my ice cream last in the freezer?

Best eaten within 2 weeks. If you can resist it for that long!

How much ice cream does it actually make?

You get around 500ml per tub, so enough to share... if you really want to.

When should I add the mix-ins?

Use this function after the dessert machine has combined the base ingredients, so they mix through evenly.
